Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, and messages. When you purchase a service or product, payment information is processed by our payment provider under its own privacy policy.
How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver services, process purchases, provide customer support, and manage communication preferences. We send promotional communications only where we have the appropriate consent.
Text Messages and Consent
If you opt in, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and responses to your inquiries. Promotional texts require separate marketing consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information to support our operations, such as customer service and message delivery. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for their own use.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, although no electronic system is completely secure. We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and honor communication preferences.
Your Choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link and stop text messages by replying STOP.
